This is a clay sculpture with an armature is a representation of an elderly man. This began with a computer generated model render (made in Blender) which was made into a sketch that served as reference for the final clay sculpture.

18 gauge steel wire was used to make the foundation of my armature while aluminium foil was used to cover the armature.

I cooked some homemade clay to mold my sculpture. I used clay sculpting tools to carve the finer details of the work.

Unfortunately, the hands of my design could not be made due to the frailty of my homemade polymer clay.
